At the interesting coronation ceremony of the presidency of the Union of Myanmar, in accord the constitution of 2008, section (65), you President Thein Sein sincerely and solemnly promised and declared that you would be loyal to the Republic of Union of Myanmar and the citizens and hold always in esteem non-disintegration of the Union, non-disintegration of national and perpetuation of the sovereignty. You also promised that you would carry out the responsibilities uprightly to the best of your ability and strive for further flourishing the eternal principal of justice, liberty and equality. You have also pledged you would dedicate yourselves to the service of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. 

In accord to the president’s very dishonest pledge which he might know alone, it is nothing to say that he had been someway honest in the sight of U Than Shwe and deserved to be chosen one among others by Than Shwe. U Thein Sein was rightly chosen, by Than Shwe, as a president of the newly so called quasi-democratic state to run the state and be loyal to all his (U Than Shwe) directions as long as he is active rather than as per his (U Thein Sein) oath made at the moment. 

Mr. President, after nearly a couple of years of your presidency, though you might have been running the state as per your solemn oath that heard by people of the world, you and your chosen staffers in your president office have been running and comatose the golden state into a deep hole in my consideration --having been schemed the state into the “horrendous interaction” which have systematically being preplanned by your agents one after another, totaling against your president oath. 

As a first step of your solemn oath, you have earned and showed sympathy releasing Daw Aung San Su Kyi from house arrest not a political prisoner but as per the demand of international community hoping investment from the west and pleasing the US— which earning attention from regional and international community as a sympathizer and great man of coordinating ‘frame of mind’ with world community. 

But intentionally to make mess up the country affairs and can upset the harmonious community (Buddhists & Muslims)—and some jailed persons who might have committed state Bureau level crimes -- and once your senior officers in the time of Than Shwe regime-- you have also unconfined those perilous murderers key criminals such as (U Khin Nyunt & his colleagues and others) to receive empathy from the other hand. 

U Khin Nyunt, his colleagues and other state levels criminals, had have once ruled the state discriminatorily and put many innocent democrats and reformers without any reason, can now have very free hands and talented ones to cause snag the ‘President’s administrative mechanism’ after penetrating into the Buddhist monasteries and that of the poisonous preachers like Wirathu and others to collide with Muslims and fanatic Buddhists. 

Since The beginning of the violence which erupted from Sitttwe (Akyab) in June 8, 2012 mainly after having taken excuse by Rakhine leaders particularly RNDP and ALD political party in the case, against Ma Thidar Htwe who was allegedly murdered by three so called Muslims boys, should have been settled down as a very simple case. 

simmering the rape case by Rakhine fanatic and that of the leaders, selectively the Rohingya Muslims blocks from Sittwe were being burnt down-- innocent people were being killed-- unable people to escape were being stabbed to death-- the Rohingyas and Kaman people houses which situated among Rakhine people were being destroyed or pull down—the shops and commercialization of Muslims were jeopardized and later on confiscated—the Muslims, from Aungmingla block of Sittwe which was let off from being torched, have been unmovable from the quarter to other places in purpose of social, medical and livelihood—many people, who were shifted from the burning after losing everything to the west of Sittwe as IDPs , have been hopeless to regaining and relocation to their original places and establishing their normal lives—and yet not having proper plan to reestablish the lives of those local victims by both Rakhine state and Union government at least to go on in their temporary locations with strong and resilient small houses and capable of receiving normal donations by UN, NGOs and local donors for their temporary survival until they reached to their normality. 

The worst is every terrorist whether who wears gently Myanmar cultural dresses as the gentle of the party leaders, the businessmen, lecturers, traders, elderly people or the most revere Monks who control the famous monasteries and youth monks not only from Rakhine state and but proper Burma all become rancorous and merciless against Islam and above “the rule of law of the state”. 

The one sided violence against Rohingya and Kaman people with the combination of police, monks and ruling body of Sittwe-- where Rakhine state administration mechanism was located-- have been the combined forces to assault and let overall social annihilation and demolition by the multi Rakhine attackers against Muslims. 

These flammable assail soon spread out to where there are more or less Muslims along Rakhine state’s thirteen townships --north, central and south—and villages, houses, innocent men and women, elderly people, cattle, firms—all these were torched, killed, looted and Muslims were driven out of their villages. 

And young Rohingyas, from every townships who are believed to be services if violence become greater, were arbitrarily arrested and put in jails as a preemptive action by township authorities and Rakhine state government by the coordinated action of Rakhine people leaders from every township—and all brave Rakhine attackers were being prepared as heroic terrorists by feeding up them tablets --and Rakhine assailants who are widely thought to be amphetamines addicted tablets that is the most poignant by the advice of police station of each township and Rakhine style armed forces who are alleged to be ALP, Arakan Liberation Forces. 

Your excellence’s announcement on 10 June, 2012 to prevail peace and tranquilly and degree issue (144) is, of course, nothing for Rohingya and Kaman people who are in faith Muslims for their lives safety and security but it has been safe haven for night Rakhine assailants who could roam, could round and round and could get done all offenses against Muslims as per their wish with the help of Rakhine police who are kith and kin of assailants—while Muslims should have stay inside their respective houses in accord your (144) order, what a beautiful order you have declared for tranquility of law to prevail. 

Taking this opportunity by Rakhine assailants throughout the state, Muslims have been totally helpless, vulnerable and utterly frustrated just “breathing” in Rakhine state in the hand of ‘law of jungle governmental mechanism’ and in the state of every chaotic activities –which have been all above the law—though no one is above the law by the rule of law which has been used to say by Thura U Shwe Maan since U Khin Nyunt was to be under arrest around the year 2004 and during the recent visit to Australia while meeting Myanmar society.

Maung Daw, Arakan- At 8:30PM this evening, NaSaKa (Border Security Force) from Camp Base-15 of Region (Nay-Myay)-7 arrested two innocent Rohingyas from the village of Baggona, Maung Daw and torched around 40 Rohingyas’ shops in the village. Therefore, Rohingyas lost around 60 Million Kyats as the shops were burnt down. 

“The head NaSaKa of Camp Base-15 of Region (Nay-Myay)-7 ordered his Junior NaSaKas not to arrest any Rohingya from the village. But by ignoring the senior’s order, this evening, some Junior NaSaKa arrested two innocent Rohingyas who were coming out of the mosques after prayer. The two Rohingyas are Fir Mohammed S/o Mohammed Yunus (age-33) and Mv Mohammed Naim S/o (age-50). When these two Rohingyas shouted in their inability to bear up the beating and torturing of these NaSaKas, Rohingyas from the village tried to save them. Then, subsequently, the NaSaKas opened fire at them. 

So as to avoid the questions why they fired at people and the punishments to be given for breaking the Head NaSaKa’s order, they (junior NaSaKas) set fire to the Rohingyas’ shops. They torched the shops to set up a plot that they had to start shooting at Rohingyas because they (Rohingyas) were trying to torch their shops to blame Rakhines for it. Now, Military and the head of the NaSaKa came to the village where the burning took place. We are anticipating that something bad will come up against us and we might be arrested, tortured and can even be killed for something we but they have done” said a Rohingya Elder from a nearby village. 

It is a usual tragedy that Rohigyas have been facing for months. They are paying the price for doing nothing. They are wronged and abused. Instead of having justice, they are facing the double victimization.

Breaking News: The NaSaKa forces of the Ma-Kyi-Chaung County, Maungdaw Township has set fire the bazaar of Ba-Gone-Nar village at about 9:00 pm of today. There are about more than 100 shops and the bazaar is still blazing and the lost estimate of the total assessment is still unavailable.

Yesterday, there was a personal clash between two Rakhine Buddhist villagers after having heavily drunk in Thay-Kay village of Min-Bya Township. One was being sustained severe injuries and he was being hospitalized in Min-Bya township hospital according to the ground.
  
But to divert the case which was taken place between the two fellows Rakhine, the same fanatic Rakhine villagers have imposed social pressure upon the one who was being hospitalized not to point out the real attacker with whom he has quarreled and sustained injury but to point out Rohingya Muslims as culprits from Than-Pa-Li village instead. 

Date on 22/11/2012, during the series of Muslim villages were being burned down by organized Rakhine mob, Than-Pa-Li village was also one of them and (227) houses of (333) houses were burnt into ashes by the Rakhine mob. During the torching, 35 years old young male Rohingya and a 60 years old lady were stabbed to dead by Rakhine.

Afterward, a state level criminal investigation team has arrived to the village (Than-Pa-li) to examine thoroughly the bloodshed taken place and exposed the dead bodies from their graves to examine for their further proof and asked the villagers about likely intruders into the village for the attack on Rohingya Muslims.

The Muslim villagers have pointed out the realized ones who are in fact Rakhine attackers from the nearby village of Thay-Kan.

Because of the past connection, Rakhine having been the animosity against Muslims, right now, Rakhine fanatic are cooperatively shaping the culprits of the quarrel between two drunken Rakhine as to be of innocent Muslims from the village of Than-Pa-li -- which was severely damaged by the torching and the lives of the people have been totally devastating since then. As more, as Rohingya villagers from any of their villages could not exit from their villages and could not move from one village to another and how Muslims can make clashes with Rakhine after going to their village at this critical and deadly situation.

According to the complaint made by the injured one to the police station, the police from the station have hurriedly gone to the village and arrested some five innocent Muslim villagers without thoroughly considering into the real subject matter.

After cracking down the mass saffron monks’ peaceful demonstration in Lat-Pan-Daung by the police task forces on 29 November 2012, the whole Buddhist religious monks have since been rigorously aroused to put in order for hotheaded entire saffron demonstration -- which would obviously, many people believe, blame on President U Thein Sein for impeachment in his executive power --- such a move by mass monks apparently contrary to the previous similar saffron ‘fair enough demonstration’  held in September, supporting President Thein Sein for his prudent dialogue with UNHCR high ranking official to expel innocent Rohingyas people from Myanmar to third country if any accept to them. 

Having the state intolerant managements and survival of the consecutive Myanmar governments nature been double-cross and relying on provoking among communities particularly between Muslims and Buddhists, they have really been able to overcome and easing the relevant crisis by averting original movement through finding the scapegoats.

To divert the mass Buddhist depressing people from recent cracking down on Monks in Lat-Pan-Daung and in the one hand the government to be seen as champion in oppressing innocent Rohingyas people --- which many monks will be affectionate of love--- there, date on 01/12/12, were the random shootings by armed forces against Rohingyas people who were sheltered in makeshift in Thay-Chaung IDPs camp—six innocent Rohingyas were deadly hurt in their bodies and it is learnt that they were being hospitalized in Sittwe and some are very critical condition.

In the last September 2012, President U Thein Sein has fortunately delivered a deceitful landmark speech in the United Nations General Assembly Hall, promising the world that he would accomplish and fulfill every single legitimate right of stateless Rohingyas people and that was the last time, before president Obama’s visit, he could escape from international community’s criticism pertaining the systematic genocide of Rohingyas people for six months long ignorance and leaving the chaos uncheck by the government --- even U Thein Sein could layout sugarcoated words to UNSG and he had happily agreed on it and warned the Organization of Islamic Countries (OIC) not to rush for the sake of Rohingyas’ solution at the United Nations session.

No sooner had U Thein Sein arrived from the UN trip – which was widely applauded at Yangon International Airport as a remark of state successful amoral journey by the mass crowd - than there were another the historical destructive sweeps up along southern Rakhine state Muslim minority townships -- such as Min-Bya, Pauk-Taw, Myay-Bone, Kyauk-Pyu, Kyauk-Taw, Mrauk-Oo, Kyauk-ni-Maw and sporadically in Than-Dway Township too.

The chaos has resulted many Rohingyas villages burned to ashes, many innocent people were burned alive, stabbed to dead, many were forcefully and helplessly evicted from their houses to be floating on water and as a result mass people were dead in the floating boats without food and drinking water in the sea. From June 2012 to before President Obama’s visit on 19 November 2012, the state sponsored slaughtering and annihilated conspiracy against innocent Rohingyas people was being evidently applied by the hand of Rakhine state administration and that of the widely RNDP members along Rakhine state in accord the government statement.

Again, President U Thein Sein has hurriedly issued an announcement and promised on 18th November 2012 before arrival of President Barack H. Obama that he would fairly settle all outstanding issues – Rohingyas people from having locally been displacement to honorably relocation to their original places and from statelessness to citizenship in accord the international criteria.  

Rohingyas people’ inhumane suffering and continuous sorts of state sponsored discriminatory policies practicing on Rohingyas by the Union government and Rakhine state administration have ever been widely acknowledged in international arena—particularly while Rakhine Buddhists could not keep suppress their ill feeling and hostility against sisterly Rohingyas community in Rakhine state since last May, 2012 as of now.

All relevant government departments, organizations, police, paramilitary and military forces, Buddhist monks, journals, journalists and Rakhine political parties and all identical members are sided by the state discriminatory policies and all these forces have been the primary sources to carry on all vicious acts on Rohingyas in the one hand and they have been hampering international media and journalists’ access to the affected community in fear of revealing the truth and fitting as perpetrators in caustic action along the way from the other.

The failure to expose the relevant perpetrators in the course of the crisis by the two commissions which were orderly formed by the President concerning Rakhine state anarchy, the entire Rohingyas people fairly believe that -- the case not only to find out the culprits who involved in the chaos but also to blueprint a lasting solution which will guarantee the legitimate rights of Rohingyas stand in the hand of the international community -- and also believe Rohingyas’ sensitive issues at this juncture would not be swept under the rug or kept unsolved by the world civilized human society.

The United Nations (UN) is believed to be representing 6.5 billion peoples to shape the globe as a peaceful coexistence of every nation of the world -- recent United Nations resolution in regard Rohingyas plight--who are being regarded as the most persecuted people on earth--the Myanmar representatives to the United Nations have objected the word ‘Rohingyas’. Similarly, in local, the RNDP’s board of directors, its chairperson and that of the party members are totally against the name ‘Rohingyas’ and its existence in Myanmar.

Not only that, President Obama’s speech inclusion the name “Rohingyas” in Yangon University Convocation Hall on 19th November 2012 is being echoed by RNDP party as an absurd objection-- it saying that no matter whoever the most powerful man on earth or whichever powerful the most organization that be – both government of Myanmar and RNDP’s attitude toward the name Rohingyas and the people are plainly a nuisance forever.  More evidently, RNDP’s chairperson, U Aye Maung, and its party members have the nastiest attitude on Rohingyas and they will not listen to anyone advice from inside or outside—they (U Aye Maung & his followers) think they are above all.

The attitude of the government and RNDP party have proven that if the United Nations can lawfully recognize such an ethnic group “Rohingyas” of the world as “the most persecuted one” after thoroughly making them into consideration for years of constant observation than everyone of us will easily come to realize that which government is “the most oppressive and suppressive” and who are ‘the most cruel and vindictive’ sisterly community along with Rohingyas in Rakhine state, Myanmar. The answer is “the Myanmar consecutive governments and sisterly Rakhine or Magh people”.  

It has been widely believed that the United States imposed economic sanction on Myanmar has been subjected its military government brutality on ethnic peoples, ethnic cleansing, arbitrarily arrest of politicians, long term imprisonment of political prisoners and all sorts of discriminatory policies against transition to democratic reform process.  People all walks of live believed that as long as the government failed to fulfill the commitment it had promised to concerned stakeholders, the premature United States partial economic lifting on Myanmar would not solve the standing problems which have been existed unsettled among the ethnic, democratic forces and pro-military government.   It has been very clear that the United States has proven its commitment to lessen the economic sanctions, which were time by time imposed in earlier days, after seeing some steps of Myanmar’s newly quasi-democratic government development.

General Myanmarese have been grateful about the government’ careful introduction of freedom of writing, freedom speech, and freedom of assembling, formation of political parties, releasing of political conscience, and holding election and by-election as the promising steps of democratic practice. Freedom of speech, assembling and writing which had been totally banned for more than fifty years --for each group of national indigenous people-- have just been allowed to speak, assembling mass people and writing freely everything even incitement about bloodsheds which have caused several time eruptions and lost many innocent Rohingyas people lives along Rakhine state and that still linger to be the scorching issues as unsolved within local as well as international.  

Many democratic inspired Myanmar activists --who have been struggling against military government and nowadays participated in the process of democratic reform—do want to live through and entertain the full right within the framework of democratization but don’t want for other particularly due to Rohingyas lest they (Rohingyas) would deserve the same outstanding rights – simply because Rohingyas people look different than the people in Myanmar and they are of different religion, race and physical affinity. In our present-day periods, the grouping has been built within Burmese, who are Buddhists, having the reason of their common Buddhism faith.

To tell the truth, before 11th century Arakan (Rakhine) was an Indian land with a population of similar to that of Bengal but until 11th century, they (Rohingyas) were almost Hindu believers. Nowadays’ Rohingyas who have been residing in Arakan state are the sons of the soil and the descendants of Indo-Arian people who have first settled in Arakan (Rakhine) state, in accord with all the historical records the stone inscription which are still existed in ‘Shit-Thaung-Pagoda’ by the name of “Ananda-Sandra” inscription which were written in three languages – Bengla, Sanskrit and Pali are all in Nagari alphabet. This has been very clear evidences that Rohingyas people are two hundred earlier settlers than Rakhine Buddhist Mongoloid people who are one of the mainstreams of the Mongoloid Burman.

At the moment, there are survey team works relevant to immigration where there are Rohingyas Muslims along Rakhine state,  during the “form filling-up”, Rohingyas people could not spell their race as their racial identity-- government staffers do not like and usually threatening the local Rohingyas to be arrested and tortured if they say Rohingyas and in some counties Rohingyas are being arrested and imposed big amount of money who spells the Rohingyas as his or her racial identity rather than Bengali, which the Thein Sein government forcefully wanted Rohingyas to be  legalized as just immigrants from Bangladesh --- though  Rohingyas identically being the indigenous of Myanmar along the course of the then democratic periods in the last 50 years ago—meaning 50 years ago Rohingyas are indigenous nationalities of Myanmar and after 50 years the quasi democratic government wants Rohingyas as immigrants Bengali as per the wishes of RNDP and its alliances in the same nation.

We are very concerned about Thein Sein government’ forceful survey on Rohingyas people to verify our Rohingyas identity into Bengali --- instead the historical survey should under the supervision of local, regional and international justifiers be in line of the wishes of the local people. If President Thein Sein is real reformer of the state affairs of Myanmar, there is no reason to stop and suppress our Rohingyas people rights which had been in the course of Myanmar democratic periods fifty years ago.

Maung Daw  - On 26/11/12, paramilitary officer of (3) mile NaKaSa headquarter, MaungDaw has compellingly ordered to Mr. Ayub Khan (f) Mr. Du Du Mya, head of Myo-Thu-Gyi village track to arrange five pairs of drought cattle to harrow the lands of NaSaKa and Na-Ta-La villagers and to put altogether (5) manual workers. The NaSaKa has been arranging every year a free labor facility such odds and ends in fields which were confiscated from Rohingyas for 20 years ago for NaTaLa villagers --who were feebly brought from Burma proper and are intentionally being implanted among Rohingyas villagers since 1992 -- to get reek and then mole the affairs of Rohingya Muslims villagers to and --- create mess at the same time to play coordinated filthy political game on Rohingyas in accord with government directions from time to time.

The order of NaSaKa head to arrange five or six pairs of drought cattle to harrow and (5) additional manual labors for every time by Myo Thu Gyi village and Thaung-Pyine village to their requirement, no one knows how many days the Rohingya villagers have to supply such a potent and uncompensated tough labor to the NaSaKa and Na-Ta-La villagers in coming days.

On 28/11/12, NaSaKa forces of 3 miles, MaungDaw Township summoned Mr.Zakaria (f) Mr.Abdul Amin, age 27 years, who is running a shop in MaungDaw market, without any reason and kept in its custody at (3) mile NaSaKa station and as of now no family member has got any exact information and they are gravely concerned about his safety and security in NaSaKa custody.

“In accord the section of an act 436/512, the following listed persons (Rohingyas) from Maung-Daw Township are regarded as absconders from the law by the Judge of Buthidaung township court and that of the court lawyers”

The Union government, Rakhine state government and entire RNDP party members’ manipulated outburst has affected the whole Rakhine state where there are more or less Rohingyas and Kaman people -- the tortured, burned alive, forcefully evicted, dislocated, looted, oppressed, displaced, mass dead in sea water, and multi designed helplessly sufferers are almost all Rohingyas if compared to some Rakhine fake victims who are being stationed in some well arranged camps as merely to show up.

Though, some Rakhine Buddhists people were surely faced with fatality as they intruded and fought with Rohingyas in respective townships --- for instance AnaukPyin village, Rathedaung Township and Yinthay village in Mrauk-Oo Township -- in all about the state for the last six months. No one can deny the evidences while these have even been shown by the satellite photos for further proofs and reminder.

We, the entire Rohingyas people have been simply cheated by the series of statement (how to handle the case of Rakhine state) of President Thein Sein from time to time. U Thein Sein’s occasional statements and announcements in regard the violence and chaos in Rakhine state through radios and official directives have totally been ridiculous and insensible to meet the organized cooperative and destructive effort of the whole Rakhine assailants against the innocent Rohingyas people’ lives and that of the social livelihoods. If president was an honest person and wished to suppress the chaos, he would have done it with in couple of days as did in 2007 against the saffron revolution. Instead, he does drift the subject to prolong into more mess for nonsense chit-chat from every corner of the world.

All Rakhine perpetrators who have blissfully and obediently involved in chaos-- torching the Rohingyas villages and killing innocent people-- be arrested soon and put in long term jails in several prisons of the country in accord the laws. As almost all entire Rakhine mass people have dutifully involved in the massacre of the Rohingyas innocent people, no Rakhine ladies and gentlemen would abscond from an un-arrested if each Rakhine individual involvement is thoroughly investigated. Almost all Rakhine are guilty-less in the last chaos.

Before and after the one sided attack was launched on Rohingyas in accord their preplanned harmonized action, soon all relevant perpetrators from local and abroad have set up to propagate the attack through their several local journals and oversea Burmese programs such as VOA, RFA, BBC and DVA as if the chaos was run by Rohingyas.

To recoil from their (state government, Rakhine state government, RNDP party and mass Rakhine people) sadism and brutal inhumane activities committed on Rohingyas along Rakhine state for the last six months, the respective governments’ tools such as township courts Judges and the lawyers have knowingly designed their own laws to arbitrarily arrest innocent Rohingyas people from each township to shoulder the wrongdoing of the Union government, Rakhine state government, RNDP and mass Rakhine people to over innocent Rohingyas.

The following Rohingyas from MaungDaw Township are being warranted to arrest by the Judge of Buthidaung Township under section of an act 436/512.

“57 times severe punishments were the trademark of 57 member countries of Organization of Islamic Cooperation which is a sister organization NGO of United Nations” 

November 24 – On November 20, Twelve innocent Rohingya people from Zaw-Ma-Tet village (Lam-Ba-Guna Fara) were arrested by NaSaKa forces from Maungdaw Township. In that village, some seven to ten Muslim Rohingya houses were burnt down by Rakhine mobs on November 19 after the President Obama delivered the speech at Yangon University Convocation Hall. “As a golden present to President Obama for his speech in which he mentioned and noted in regard of Rohingya” Rakhine mobs said while torching the houses. The arrestees were falsely accused by the authority that the Rohingya houses were burnt down by themselves and that was the reason why they were arrested.

Before handing over the arrestees Rohingyas to the police of Maungdaw, NaSaKa had started deliberately torturing the arrested ones --- each 57 times severely beating up on their back. “57 times severe punishments were the trademark of 57 member countries of Organization of Islamic Cooperation which is a sister organization NGO of United Nations” NaSaKa forces said.

As a matter of fact, all these grass-root Rohingyas have no exact information or knowledge of Islamic countries’ activities in the sphere of international political activities, but all the relevant authorities have been in “rickety and wobbly” while simply dealing with ordinary Rohingya people. That remarkably all along the times the discriminatory policies adopted on Rohingyas pushes the local people to guess any outside be of assistance—whoever may be, whatever source should be, whichever channel that be---to save them from all sorts of discriminatory policies practicing on innocent Rohingya all along the time. After that, they were transferred to the police station and they again severely punished on innocent Rohingya people and they are still in police custody.

On November 22, some paddy fields workers, whom Amanullah hired to harvest in his paddy fields, each holding sickle to start up to reap the paddy in the field, were being stopped by NaSaKa paramilitary forces and Mr. Amanullah (paddy field owner) was summoned by NaSaKa nearby a house which belongs to a car driver namely Mr. Zafar. Mr. Amanullah, from “Italia” Village of Maungdaw Township, an owner of paddy fields nearly by Block (3) Maungdaw Township, was severely beaten and put in now in police custody. In this regards, though Mr. Amanullah made complaints at the NaSaKa headquarters, head of the military battalion, township police station and township administrative office, yet there is no hint to take action against the complaint by either of the authority.

Military head of “Alay-than-Kyaw” village, County of Maungdaw Township, has systematically formed some Rohingyas and Rakhine human trafficking brokers to recruit those who want to go Malaysia. It is learned that per head 300,000 Kyats is defined for a payment to send to Malaysia --- such a illicit way has been very perilous for job hunters facing many times on a half water way (on international water)--- either the people were intentionally being boarded on the bank of Thai authorities or along the coast of Irrawaddy delta and Tannassarim coast ---where the innocent Rohingya job hunters usually faced long term jail imprisonment by Myanmar authorities on alleged accusation such as Bengali immigrants crossing the Myanmar border unlawfully though its (Myanmar government) acknowledgement that Rohingya being the Myanmar citizens. Such the accidents had been many times and there are many innocent Rohingya people in every jail of the country along the nation. We have found that the alternative authorities of Myanmar from respective regions along Rakhine state have been dishonestly earning money showing the ‘enticement’ job opportunity in Malaysia and Singapore in one hand and crookedly putting the innocent job hunters (Rohingya) from a half water way by turning the sailing boats to the authorities and putting the jails subsequently from the other hand.

Again date on November 22, from the military battalion (14), some six NaSaKa paramilitary forces leading by captain Kyaw Myint entered the “Shwe Zet” village and started the routine investigation against the naive villagers so and so and --- that afraid of being arrested and tortured by the authority, the Rohingya male villagers have fled away to where a bit safe hideout – then a women villager namely “Ms. Zura Khatu” was arrested and now she is in police custody under an alleged accusation of possessing “Bangla mobile phone”.
