မႏၱေလးသံဃာေတာ္မ်ား သပိတ္ေမွာက္ ( Monks Protest in Mandalay)
Mandalay Monks mobilize public for peace, freedom, dissident release and end to attack non-Bama ethnic people Their statement "From Burma's Peace to World Peace" calls on President Thein Sein to:
1. Release all our fellow Buddhist monks, as well as all other dissidents who have been imprisoned for their struggle for peace, justice and liberty for all;
2. Cease civil wars among fellow ethnic people and start the quest for genuine peace through political negotiations with representatives of ethnic communities and pro-democracy opposition;
3. Abolish the (current) ban on teaching of Lord Buddha for the purpose of foster intellectual growth and ethical worldview in the society at large and end the requirement for abbots and lay scholars and opinion makers to seek prior permission to do their educational work.

မႏၱေလးၿမဳိ႕ မဟာျမတ္မုနိဘုရားႀကီးဝင္းအတြင္း မဟာဗုဒၶဝင္ဗိမာန္ေတာ္ႀကီးအတြင္း ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းစြာ ဆႏၵျပေနတဲ့ ဆရာေတာ္ငါးပါးကုိ ညေန ၄း၃၀ မွာ ဘုရားႀကီးဝင္းအတြင္းမွာ ဆႏၵျပေနတာ မသင့္ေတာ္ဟု အေၾကာင္းျပခ်က္ႏွင့္ ဘုရားႀကီးဝင္း ေဂါပကပုိင္ ကားနဲ႔ မစုိးရိမ္ေက်ာင္းတုိက္သုိ႔ ေရႊ႕ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ေထာက္ခံအားေပးတဲ့ ပရိသတ္ေတြလဲ တပါတည္း ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းစြာ လုိက္ပါလာခဲ့ၾကပါတယ္။
မစိုးရိမ္ေက်ာင္းတုိက္ေဟာင္းသုိ႔ ေရာက္ေသာအခါ ဖိတ္ေခၚထားျခင္းမရွိဟု ျငင္းဆုိသည့္အတြက္ မစုိးရိမ္ေက်ာင္းဝင္းထဲမွာရွိတဲ့ သုတၱႏၱေက်ာင္းမွာ ဆႏၵျပဆရာေတာ္ငါးပါးကုိ ေခတၱ ေနရာခ်ထားၿပီး ဆရာေတာ္ႀကီးေတြက လာေရာက္ ေဆြးေႏြးညွိႏႈိင္းေနတဲ့ အေျခအေနမွာ ရွိေနပါတယ္။
အာဏာပုိင္ေတြဘက္က ဖိအားေပးေနတာမ်ဳိး ေတြ႕ေနရၿပီး မစုိးရိမ္ေက်ာင္းတုိက္က လက္မခံဘူးဆုိတာမ်ဳိးထက္ ေက်ာင္းတုိက္ကုိ ၾကြေရာက္လာခဲ့ဖုိ႔ ဖိတ္ေခၚတဲ့သူက ေပ်ာက္ေနၿပီး အခုမွ ျပန္ၿပီးေတာ့ ညွိႏႈိင္းေဆြးေႏြးေနတာျဖစ္ၿပီး အခုဆုိ အခ်ိန္ေတာ္ေတာ္ၾကာသြားၿပီျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ေရးပုိင္းကလဲ ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ေနတာ အလြန္အမင္းမ်ားျပားေနၿပီး ႀကံ့ခုိင္ေရးပါတီက ပုဂၢဳိလ္ေတြကလဲ ေစာင့္ၾကည့္အေနအထားနဲ႔ ဝုိင္းရံထားတာကိုလဲ ေတြ႕ရပါတယ္။
ေထာက္ခံအားေပးသူ ပရိသတ္ အေယာက္ ၃၀၀ နီးပါးကလဲ ေက်ာင္းဝင္းျပင္ပမွာ ထြက္ခြာမသြားၾကဘဲ ထုတ္ျပန္ခ်က္တခုခု ဆုံးျဖတ္ခ်က္က်ဖုိ႔အတြက္ ေစာင့္ဆုိင္းေနၾကတယ္လုိ႔ မႏၱေလးၿမဳိ႕ခံတစ္ဦးက ဆုိပါတယ္။
အခုလုိ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းစြာဆႏၵျပတာကုိ လူထုက ေက်နပ္လက္ခံခဲ့ၾကၿပီး အမ်ားလက္ခံႏုိင္ေလာက္တဲ့ အခ်က္ေတြကုိ ေတာင္းဆုိခဲ့တဲ့အတြက္ အားလုံး ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းစြာ ပူးေပါင္းပါဝင္ခဲ့ၾကတာျဖစ္ပါတယ္လုိ႔ မႏၱေလးၿမဳိ႕ခံက ေျပာဆုိလုိက္ပါတယ္။
